Post-Oscar Commentary.

• I am a slave to James Franco's shtick.
• Anne Hathaway was charming at times.
• The King Speech winning Best Picture = boring (but at least now we know why it was shot on a gay porn set).
• Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross winning Best Original Score was (clearly) the best moment. The Social Network had my favourite score of the year, (along with Keegan DeWitt's work on Cold Weather) but please note: I differentiate between favourite and best.
• Deakins should have won over Pfister (I wouldn't have minded if Cronenweth won to be honest).
• Tom Hooper winning Best Director was depressing.
• Overall: what a boring race and show this year, a major letdown.
